STOREHOUSE PROVISION WORKS ON A REFERRAL ONLY BASIS. WE PARTNER WITH NUMEROUS AGENCIES, CHARITIES & STATUTORY BODIES ACROSS EVERY DEMOGRAPHIC OF POVERTY.
Before making a referral, we ask that you fully identify how Storehouse can best help your client by assessing their existing circumstances.
If you would like to become a referring partner, please contact a member of the Storehouse team to arrange a conversation.
Please follow the relevant details below to make a referral for either food, clothing or furniture.
FOOD REFERRALS
Please provide your client with a referral letter and ask them to attend the Storehouse Centre during our opening hours.
Please include the following information in your referral letter:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Home address
- How many people are in the household
- Brief description of their current circumstances
Once your client attends the Storehouse Centre, we will be able to help them in the following ways:
- Each person will be given an allocation of points to spend in the food shop. The amount of points they will have to spend will be determined by the number of people in the household.
- They will be entitled to visit the food shop between 6–12 times over six months, depending on how they choose to spend their points.
- We are not able to accept more than one referral in a six month period, so once your client has spent all of their points, we would not be able to accept a new referral until the six month period has ended.
- If after six months, your client needs further support, we ask that you review their current circumstances before making a new referral.
