At the Storehouse Centre, we have the privilege of meeting with all those that have been referred to us for assistance.
We feel that we have created a space that is warm and inviting, allowing our service users to feel at ease, and somewhere that they are treated with the best quality of service.
We will welcome them at reception and receive their referral letter, helping them to check–in.
Our hospitality team will then offer them a seat in our comfortable waiting area, providing fresh tea and coffee whilst they wait.
When it is their turn to be seen, one of our project workers will invite them over to our secluded booths to offer a bit of privacy and give them an opportunity to share their story.
After a short discussion, we are then able to provide food, furniture or clothing as appropriate.
