Working in harmony with the Storehouse Centre and our community environments, we help to encourage personal growth and flourishing in the lives of individuals and communities as we start to address some of the long term issues that can present themselves through poverty.

We seek to treat everyone individually, focusing on the specific areas that they feel they need help with.

We affirm the dignity and value of each individual and help them build momentum in their lives by developing a positive view of themselves and their potential through structured volunteering, learning & development, Coaching & Mentoring and Work Placements.

Individuals can access the Storehouse Works programme by recommendation in our Storehouse sessions or community environments or by referral through some of our partnering agencies.

We offer a number of volunteering opportunities across our warehouses and city–centre venue. These help people to develop experience and develop new life patterns.

We encourage participants in Storehouse Works to engage in the highly relational environment of coaching and mentoring, which encourages the setting of goals and aspirations and helps people discover and live out their potential.

We help individuals explore and take up new opportunities for learning and developing within Storehouse or with an external provider.

We work in partnership with a number of employers offering placements to help participants explore employment options and become ‘work–ready’.
